We’ll get married at the ancient monastery of San Biagio, a place surrounded by greenery that will be reserved just for us for that day.
There will be no other events, no other guests: it will be just us and the people we’ve chosen to have by our side.
The civil ceremony, dinner, and party will all take place here.
We wanted a single location where we could experience the day without having to travel and be together from start to finish.

Italian and Hungarian, we now stay in Brussels, and once lived in Tuscany.
Our lives have taken us to different places, but not all places stay.
Umbria, yes.
During a journey together, we discovered a region that left us with something tangible: the flavors, the landscapes, the cities we traversed at our leisure. We walked, tasted, explored. We saw places we still often mention today—Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Orvieto—and lived experiences that are part of our fondest memories.
When we began thinking about our wedding, we weren’t looking for a destination that was simply “beautiful.”
We were looking for a place that would tell a piece of our story.
That’s why we chose Umbria as the setting for one of the most special days of our lives: because it was there that we experienced a journey that brought us even closer together, and it seemed natural to return to celebrate a new beginning.
